The rugby wheelchair which Regain kindly supplied me allows me to train three times a week as a player for Team Solent Sharks.
Having my own bespoke chair as opposed to a generic club chair has been a massive advantage to me and helped me develop as a player. Wheelchair rugby is a big part of my life both as a means to fitness and a wider social life so I am very grateful for your support in funding my rugby wheelchair.
As a team, we have just completed our first competitive season which has been a great experience for us all though a steep learning curve.”
Team Solent Sharks is an exciting new wheelchair rugby club bringing the Paralympic legacy to life at Southampton Solent University.
